We offer free shipment for an order above 180€.


All orders are dispatched by privates carriers.
All orders accepted before 3pm GMT will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours. Please note this can take longer during special periods as sales or Christmas when it may take up to 72 hours for shipments to be dispatched.
We don’t process or deliver orders during weekends or a national holiday. Every order placed on Friday after 3pm GMT, Saturday, Sunday and national holidays will be processed on the following working day.
We can’t be held responsible for delay due to the weather, mistakes from the delivery service or due to a control of the customs.
We have a fixed shipping fee of 10 euro for EU/UK and 20 euro for orders outside Europe (including US, Asia and rest of world).
You can find a preview of the shipping option in your basket. The delay and shipping cost will be notified there.
During free shipping promotions, or for purchase above 180€, the delivery cost will be removed on the final payment page.
Once shipped, you will receive the shipping notification with your tracking number.
All our orders are shipped with REPACK, reusable packaging.
All our orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Brussels, Belgium.


You have 14 days from the reception of your order to exchange or return your item(s).We only accept return for items new, unused with brand label attached.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. 

Returns are at the cost of the customer. You can use any carrier you like. Except in the case of faulty items.

If you notice a defect on a item within 30 days from the reception of your order, please contact to request a refund or exchange. 
Items sent back without authorization may not be accepted for a refund or exchange. 


All sales are final. No exchanges. Refund only as a voucher. 


1. Contact Don't forget to mention your order number.
2. You will receive a return authorisation number. Do mention this on the box as otherwise we cannot process the return.
3. Place your order back in the Repack-packaging, including the original invoice and all original tags.
4. You can use any carrier you like, returns are at your cost. Except in the case of faulty items.
5. Once received, we will notify you. Please allow 10 days to process.
6. The refund will be made to the account of the original payment method and you will be notified.
