Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on Sale items.

- Get in touch with us as soon as possible after receiving your order at email@example.com
- Request a Return Authorization Reference number.
- 42|54 accepts returns and exchange requests made within 14 days from when the order has been received. Send your return to: Kruisbooglaan 6, 3210 Linden, Belgium
- Exchanges can only be made if the intended item is available.
- Include your original receipt in the returned parcel ensuring that your Return Authorization Reference number is clearly written on the receipt. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official returns reference number will not be accepted.
- Original and 42|54 tags must remain attached.
- Item(s) must be in original condition and unworn with all the original packaging. We do not accept any item with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to you.
- Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
- Refunds are given on full priced garments only, this does not include any associated shipping charges from the original purchase or return.
- 42|54 cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit.
